An IDSS subscription provides you with:

  1. The ability to register your product with Isuzu
  2. Hardware/software technical support from a team of IDSS experts for six (6) months from the time of purchase
  3. The ability to receive periodic web updates through the software to retrieve new models, functionality and programming capabilities for six (6) months from the time of purchase

All hardware purchases automatically include a free six month subscription. Purchase this subscription if:

  1. You would like add six months of coverage to your existing IDSS subscription.
  2. You would like to purchase an additional IDSS subscription.
  3. You would like to extend your hardware purchase for an additional six months beyond the included six months.

Annual Renewal Fee: $1,290.00

The IDSS software is designed for use with the IDSS interface module, included with this kit.

The Isuzu Diagnostic Service System (IDSS) is an all-in-one hardware and software solution for diagnosis and repair of Isuzu commercial vehicles.

This package contains service information (including electronic troubleshooting manual/wiring diagrams), full-featured scan tool, service programming, and bulletins to support all Isuzu manufactured products.

This kit unit includes the following hardware:

  1. 1 IDSS Interface module
  2. 1 USB cable
  3. 1 DLC cable
  4. 1 IDSS Installation DVD

Also included is the following support:

  1. Hardware/software technical support from a team of IDSS experts.
  2. 6 month IDSS subscription (a $1,290 value) — Your IDSS subscription may also be extended at 6 month intervals at $1,290 each. See the subscription extension product in the store for more detail.

What is included with an IDSS subscription?

  • An IDSS subscription enables you to register your product and receive periodic web updates through the Internet to update your Interface module with new models, functionality and programming capabilities.

IDSS supports Europe, U.S. or Canadian specification Isuzu vehicles at this time.

IDSS supports 1996-to-current model year Isuzu commercial vehicles. For more information on specific vehicle modules covered, click the button below.

Vehicle Coverage

This product has the following minimum PC requirements in order to run properly:

  1. Standalone laptop PC or desktop PC with hard drive partitioned
  2. Windows 10. (32 and 64-bit operating systems are supported)
  3. 2.0 GHz or higher Pentium processor
  4. 40 GB hard drive minimum (80 GB hard drive recommended)
  5. At least 2 GB (32-bit) or 4 GB (64-bit) RAM
  6. DVD 8X drive (single layer) or 6X drive (dual layer) required
  7. At least one USB 2.0 port
  8. High speed broadband internet connection
  9. PC screen resolution set to at least 1024×768 in order to ensure proper functionality. (Use the Control Panel PC display settings to change your screen resolution, if required.
